Hi…….does processed dark chocolate use roasted cacao powder? How can you tell if its processed dark chocolate vs a dark chocolate bar?
Most dark chocolate would use a roasted version. What you want to look for is “raw dark chocolate”. I hope that helps your chocolate hunting.
